About The Project
Jaydee-Brook have been working with leading wholesale electrical distributer Rexel, transforming units the length and breadth of the UK as part of their continued growth programme. As part of their expansion, Jaydee-Brook were appointed main contractor to fit-out a new 10,000sqft relocation store at Park Royal, London into a signature Rexel Trade Counter Store.
Our involvement started early where we measured surveyed the unit and produced full working drawings and managed the Building Regulation submission on behalf of the client. The fit-out followed utilising all shopfitting elements including, partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery manufacture and installation, lighting, power and data as well as supplying and installing the mezzanine and stock racking. All stages were closely monitored to ensure we completed the store to its programmed date.
