Howdens Joinery
Case Study

Howdens Joinery – Dublin, Ireland

About The Project

Having maintained a successful relationship with Howdens Joinery following the fit-out of numerous stores within the UK, Jaydee-Brook were invited by the UK’s leading supplier of kitchens and doors to the construction industry to fit-out a store in Dublin as part of their continued expansion programme into Ireland.

Being no stranger to international projects, Jaydee-Brook worked with Architects in Ireland and called upon our extensive supply chain to deliver the 8700 sqft new Trade Counter unit which included a new showroom to showcase their full range of manufactured and doors, office space and design suites, amenity block and installation of a new 3700 sqft storage mezzanine. Managing all trades to ensure that the quality of finish was maintained at each stage, fit-out works included all partitions and ceilings, mezzanine installation, fire protection, showroom kitchen installation, floor finishes, mechanical and electrical works and decoration. All completed to Irish Building Standards and to programme.
